• Each individual may hold only one account.

• To change your email address or phone number, please contact support.
• Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Using a payment method registered to a third party may result in account suspension.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.

• Bonus abuse from the same IP address, device, or payment method will result in cancellation.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• KV9 reserves the right to void any bets displaying incorrect odds or multipliers due to a technical error.

• If your internet connection drops during a gaming session, the result saved on KV9's servers is final.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• The use of software bots or automation of any kind in betting or gaming is strictly prohibited.
• Placing opposing bets intentionally to exploit bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting any game vulnerability or bug will result in immediate account closure.

6. Responsible Gaming Policy

• Members may set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session time limits can be set.
• Self-Exclusion option: take a break from your account for 30 days or permanently.

7. Security & Fraud Prevention

7.1 Suspicious Activity

• Suspicious financial transactions and activities are monitored.
• If money laundering is suspected, the account will be immediately suspended and the relevant authorities will be notified.
• Using a stolen payment method will result in permanent account closure and legal action.
• If your account is hacked or accessed without authorization, notify KV9 immediately.

7.2 Your Responsibilities

• Keep your password strong and confidential.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi networks.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.

8. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

KV9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Involvement in bonus abuse or any fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.

If your account is closed, please contact our support team regarding the process for recovering any eligible balance (excluding bonuses).
